Condition: Buyer meets the seller in his country to inspect the products and do a primary assay at the Host country ministry of mines and geology then seal the goods together in the presence of the local customs for export. The buyer will also be required to split the local export taxes with the seller which he the buyer will deduct from the final invoice value on final payment, the fees stands as assurance from the seller that he is able to pay after final assay is conducted at his chosen refinery in his country. He is at liberty also to ask for assurance against his money which the seller shall give him Gold collateral to hold equivalent to the amount he will share with the seller, he will keep the product for the period the goods are ready for be lifted to his country.
